MobileInvent at the NAB in Las Vegas 2003
MobileInvent took active part in the NAB 2003 and provided the handheld DAB receivers used in the Microsoft® Digital Media Theather. In addition to "standard" DAB audio and data services the Microsoft®Sync and Go application where displayed on the Etheractive /MobileInvent DAB/GSM/GPRS terminals.
The demo was successful and attracted a large number of visitors to the stand. The receivers provided by MobileInvent where the only handheld multimedia capable DAB receivers displayed at the NAB.
The DAB exhibit was a co-operation between a number of companies and incorporated the full chain from content providers to receivers linked together by NTL as the network operator.
